Servo-driven slide walking distance differs from actual distance

Verify if the input stroke is correct.

Check if the lead of the screw input value is correct.

When the motor is operating normally, but the slide does not move.

Inspect whether the brake of the linear motor is released.

Check if the coupling fixing screws are loose.

After power-off, manually push to move the slide to determine the cause of the problem.
